Bit of a heads up for Voxi sim only, Tripling data for Black Friday, standout seems to be the 45GB for a tenner in my opinion, but they are all very decent options, you get endless video on the 90GB and 300GB tariffs, and endless social media on all, all on 30 day prepaid rolling contracts, and they run off the Vodafone network, you can also be part of the Voxi drop as well

    Existing Vodafone customers can jump on live chat and get switched over to Voxi hassle free, keeping your phone number and not having to wait for a new sim (if you're due for a tariff upgrade/renewal). If you're not due for an upgrade then there may be a cost for switching.

    I did it yesterday, and today just changed my plan to the triple data version(which will now kick in from Christmas).

    The upgrade deals I was offered by Vodafone as an existing customer were laughable in comparison (£10 for 1GB of data hellooooo). (edited)

    You can add it for £1 a day for 20gb per day if needed. So if you only have a 1 week holiday in Europe a year it might still be good value for money for you.

    And it's only a monthly contract, so no 12/24 month torture if you find a better deal. (edited)

    Yes, VOXI has a range of different passes.
    Ireland is included in your normal monthly usage though.

    Yes, Voxi is owned by Vodafone so they can just swap you to Voxi immediately if you're on Vodafone. You don't get Vodafone Rewards with Voxi but you do get Voxi Drop which is a random freebie or discount once a month and 2 Vue cinema tickets for £7, also restricted to one redemption per month

    Maybe because for example in my case , three coverage is awful and Vodafone's is fine where I need it to be

    How's this a deal? I'm paying £10pm for 100GB data and bought the SIM off Voda. You can also regularly get a 100GB plan for around the £7 mark after cashback. And if Three works for you, go for the 100GB for £10pm + £52 cashback via TCB making it a bargain.

    Those 100gb Vodafone sims are usually for existing customers only so not really an option for many.

    And many people, myself included, prefer to deal in “real” terms of what you’re paying out each month instead of an assumed amount “after cashback”.

    I just don’t get why you can’t use a smart watch with any PAYG sim (o2’s new hybrid Rolling plan is also excluded) not just 2nd tier providers but sims direct from EE, Vodafone and o2.
    This should be made against consumer rights law as effectively it’s discrimination against people who no longer need to be tied to a traditional pay monthly contract and are happy to keep using their current device.

    This is a good deal. I changed to Voxi when it was £10 for 6gb. Then they gave me 8gb for £10. Then 12gb. Then 15gb. Then 30gb. Now 45gb I was happy to pay £10 for 6gb then, so I'm happy to pay £10 for 45gb now!

    I pay £12 for 25gb social and video/music.
    My data never ever goes down. Been with them about 3 years.
    I had no internet at home so had to tether for 3 days. Again no data usage reported.
    So these massive data deals mean nothing IMO if it never counts down!
    My data is stuck in max 25gb constantly (edited)

    Love Voxi. 300gb for £20 is phenomenal. It's a shame they couldn't triple the unlimited tariff too, but 300gb basically *is* unlimited for me

    Yeah I get good signal in 4g with three, voda and EE. Three won't work, voda about 5mbps and EE about 25

    Heat added though OP, not everyone can get the plan I'm on, but if you are on certain government benefits (Jobseeker's Allowance, Universal Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Disability Allowance, Personal Independent Payment) you can still sign up for it here (edited)

    Having a quick look at giffgaff, gets your 15gb a month for £10, with no wifi calling or volte. The o2 network has constantly been rated the lowest of the low for this last few years on tests. So yeah a good deal all round for pay and go

    Incredibly stupid of them not to bring back (and keep up more often at least) the £12 unlimited streaming deal... I messaged them about this. Seems like you'd only take voxi over id if you don't have good 3 signal in your area.

    Yes, you can. I have used Voxi end less data sim for 1 year in a 5G modem.
    Decent speed ( ~ 200 mbps) as I live in area with good 5G reception.
    But please don't expect low latency that you get with wired Broadband connection.
