Looks good, just ordered the honor magic 5 pro on contract for £875. Might have stretched to this, but bit sore at Samsung for not repairing my Fold 2 screen.

Surely inflation + CPI will see this come out somewhere between £1100-1200 in reality?

Hard to say for sure, but assuming 11% increase next year, which would put inflation at 7.1% and then another 10% the next year, you are looking at £1062, if I got my sums right

Whilst it's a good deal (my boss bought the same phone on ID last week and he's paying something like £45/mth though no idea if anything upfront), over a grand on one phone is still too much for me to stomach. Still, if those are kind of prices people are willing to pay, there's probably nowt better at the moment.

Any reason why this deal isn't hot?

Seems like a really good deal considering how expensive it is sim free
