Enough said!
That would be correct there is no minimum spend !
Even though there is no minimum spend you would still need to make a purchase that would be cash back eligible for this boost to get paid
Hopefully the £20 bonus will go the same way.
Ohh Dear confirmed
Bonus should follow
But now, if I can find a 5% code, I'd rather than 10% cashback. The 5 is instant saving and guaranteed. The 10 is "in x months" and might not come through.
If Q or TCB did assured payment within x days, unless declined genuinely, I'd stick around.
Bonus has tracked, let's hope the qualifying purchase does too...
As above, this offer has introduced me to Ohh Deer, which I like the look of. Assuming I get the bonus, net spend of £3 on great looking cards for birthdays & Xmas.
🤞
e2a: Ohh Deer transaction has just shown up as tracked now too... (edited)
We will keep you updated.
OhhDear must be thinking, what's all these small item purchases for today
Looks like the transaction has been tracked, but not the bonus , usually for me it tracks instant when the purchase is made, will wait twenty four hours if nothing happens will get in touch. (edited)
Ohh Deer purchases 'should' go to payable within the next few days. If stats and estimates are accurate.
Estimates are only estimates of course, some actually come in before estimate.
Hopefully this one isn't one of those extended ones.
Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly without claims etc. If so, then hats off to Quidco and moving back to how they once were.
Good luck all involved. (edited)
@baldybob does have a point, one rep yesterday said something directly contradicting what you said today.
Personally, I'm waiting on this to confirm too and it's my final transaction with Quidco before I close the account. I'll be posting proof of closure too as personally also sick of the false promises, delays and general decline of Quidco.
Look at a service such as AirTimeRewards. When something tracks, you get a countdown to payment. No bull about delays or estimates, things get paid out on the end of the countdown. It's a reliable and worthwhile service. Now, I agree they only pay out as phone bill credit, but the principal of cashback is similar.
Even TCB seem to pay out more reliably than Quidco now which is why I've stopped using one in favour of the other. I've done over £8000 cashback with Quidco and now over a grand with TCB. It's just time the whole "cashback may not be guaranteed" excuse was ditched and guaranteed payment dates introduced.
See what this week brings and see if Quidco can resolve these issues and pay up.
@Quidco_Rep - for the record, can you please confirm Quidco haven't received due cashback payments from the affiliate network on behalf of Ohh Deer? Thanks in advance.
Fingers crossed.
Whinged about this today to Quidco and got "here's £2.50 bonus on your next transaction".
Id rather just get the outstanding one confirmed and close the account, thanks.
I'm really sorry that this is slightly delayed 😞
I have looked into this for you and I can see this is still currently sat with the retailer and we are now just waiting for their decision, how cashback works is that we get paid a referral fee by the retailer once your purchase has tracked and been confirmed, we then send this referral fee to you in form of cashback. Without this referral fee unfortunately we have nothing to pay your cashback so we do unfortunately have to wait for the retailer in this case.
Please rest assured our claims team are chasing this up and we will be in touch once we receive any updates for you
Make of that what you want (edited)
Amazing though the effort needed with Quidco.
Deliberate or pure incompetence?
Out of control?
So moving into another week.
My thinking is leave it for another week and then contact Ohh Deer with a complaint.
ohhdeer.com/pag…-us
Using affiliate marketing to sell products and according to the Quidco rep, not paying up.
Where's my 2p cashback? (edited)
Why make life easy, when it can be made more difficult?
Surely Quidco must know why they get so much negativity.
Thankfully, they don't organise booze-ups in breweries!!
(cleaned up version)
@Quidco_Rep - can you please give a reason why the bonuses connected to Ohh Deer in this promotion haven't moved to payable?
TIA (edited)
Please do be assured we will be do all we can to get this paid and we will always keep you updated on your cash back
my total was £2.32 though.
Ohh Deer now showing tracked at 14p - waiting for Bonus to get linked with this purchase.
I have Quidco and TCB accounts and generally find Quidco to offer better rates, and even if not the HCG double the difference offered if there is a higher rate on TCB generally makes Quidco the better option. Had a few cashbacks decline for no reason, but on the whole generally all go through ok. Currently at £700 earnings in just under 18 months
Transaction and Bonus have tracked.
BTW, what is a pipette?
Quidco are well associated with bonus issues.
If it's not Quidco, will they at least suspend dodgy merchants? If it is the merchants of course.
I've got two bonuses pending, so not declined as yet. Will they go to payable? We'll see.
Really shocking and what gives cashback sites negativity.
There's got to be realistic terms, but that one is pathetic!!
@Quidco_Rep - what's your thoughts on this one?
Out of your control, but acceptable?
