49204991-palWy.jpgWorth noting that you can only choose 2d movies and you can't book for premiers. Seating is limited also.

Careful with these deals, I purchased a saver deal only to find out it could only be used on certain films, on certain days, at certain times!!! I complained and got a refund 🤦‍♂️

Yes, you have to read the small print as you say there are restrictions on the use of them.

Apologies for not fully understanding the deal, but cannot find an answer on the Odeon website. Can anyone answer my query, please? So if I buy a New Years Saver Luxe 5 tickets deal can I use it for a visit on 6th Jan using just 2 tickets and then use the 3 remaining tickets together at a later date?

Yes I would have thought so as they'll be individual tickets. We'll probably codes to use online. The only problem you might have is if there are any restrictions on which films you can watch using them? (edited)

Instead of stunts like this they should just lower the base ticket price... If tickets were only a few quid each I'd take the family regularly, I think a lot of people would, and the cinemas would be full.
Instead for some reason they prefer to charge way too much and show most of the films with only 10 seats filled.

Don't think it would make a difference......tickets were silly prices during COVID and nobody went......

My local Odeon wanted £18 a seat for the last release I wanted to see.

Sod these guys and their crappy business model of charging over the odds for entry and gouging customers the cost of a decent pub meal for some popcorn and a couple of soft drinks.

Their pricing doesn't align at all with the current cost of living crisis and it isn't difficult to see these guys going into admin before long. These vouchers will then be worthless.

Odeon need to catch on that people are absolutely swimming in choices for TV and film. And no, your cinema experience isn't the spine tingling, breathtaking experience your trailers reckon it is. I'll happily wait a few months to stream a release I want to see to my home and save myself a small fortune.

As others have said, reduce pricing to something the general population can easily afford to part with on a regular basis. Rather than moving cinema to the status of expensive theme parks - a very occasional treat for most families.

Sounds like a desperate move to raise cash up front. Their parent company AMC is still in a very precarious situation so there’s definite risk in this deal.

AMC are in a very good position if you do your homework and not read what the mainstream media feed you

Monthly unlimited passes are one thing, but this. Yikes.

Odeon won’t be the only business to bust by end of 2023, businesses are struggling dearly.

I love going to the cinema but the way things are these days it's easy to see why footfall is way down. With some films showing on streaming services virtually at the same time they are at the cinema. This wasn't the case a few year's ago. While I myself wouldn't pay £16 to rent a film on sky. I can see it would be a cheaper option for some families than a trip to the cinema. I do visit the different cinemas:- Cineworld, Vue, Odeon, Showcase and Reel Cinema. But it's hard to see them all staying open which is sad.

isn't limitless better? £45(15x3 minimum commitment) for unlimited cinema rather than 10.even Vodafone very me are 3.5 for 1 ticket as opposed to 7/ticket

Truly awful movies in the cinemas for the past decade or so.
Hardly any character building or story telling with these modern movies.

Lots of rubbish storylines with OTT CGI effects to save the day.
so many movies are drawn out with sequels and prequels - Hollywood has really lost its creativity and movie magic.

My local Odeon converted all the standard seats to Recliner seats and charge almost double. This annoyed me so I stopped going
