    Annoying it doesn't have a hose, wouldn't be able to do my stairs. Good price if you don't need that accessory though.

    Couldn’t find anything with the same name but it looks like the Dual Power Carpet Cleaner sold by very. So I’m guessing it’s either a rename or a cutdown version only sold by h o f

    Really bad buy. I have this. Used 3 times, same problem. It simply doesn't suck the dirty water back out. 1 litre of solution in carpet ... 50ml out. Have a look at reviews, lots of other people with same problem. All the dirt that it moves ... simply left on the carpet.
    Been looking for the receipt to take back ... bought February 2022 so shop doesn't want to know. will have to push for "not fit for the purpose"

    I’ve had my order cancelled by the company. Said temporarily out of stock although I bought on Friday and received confirmation email. Refund already issued. I feel like I’ve dodged a bullet though after reading reviews on here

    Yeh you’re lucky, I am sending mine back but have to pay £4.99 to do so, so I lost £10 in postage on this deal but should’ve done some research before jumping in, lesson learned.

    Ah balls, so this doesn’t have the hose attachment is that correct? I thought they all did. Can anyone clarify? Mind you it’s been shipped now so too late to cancel.
