Baby quantities of the vitamins. Better off buying the tablets of either.

I think it depends on how much you need which varies a lot from person to person

for example the vit D supplenment is 25 micrograms (1,000 IU)

for some people (eg younger &/or exposed to a lot of sunlight daily) that might be enough of a top up over the winter period - only way to know for sure is to get a blood test to check your vitamin d level

personally I was taking 100 micrograms (4000 IU) for an extended period during covid during both winter & summer - after a couple of years on that does I got my blood tested & it came back that the level was optimal

Ive reduced it back down to 1000 IU now as I want to see how much of a reduction I get when I do another blood test - however you have to wait a while as vitmain D is fat soluble & gets stored up in your body

this may be a deal if you want gummies for your kids but if you just want the vitamin C supplement then there are better deals e.g.

    bmstores.co.uk/pro…946

which is £2 for 180 tabs of 200mg (as opposed to £2 for 90 gummies of 80mg )

however the vitamin D gummies deal appear to be the exact same price as the tabs from b&M eg

These look a very good price. Either unlimited quantity or a misprice?

One review is stating these are shortdated, so they might be trying to clear stock.
