They do care about the customers, they have a great team working for them and they give 10% of the profits to charity every year.
Better to use them than any of the big flower corporations that are just about profits and exploitation.

Flowers were half dead when arrived, not great at all.

Used Bunches quite a few times. As far as I know the flowers delivered have always been good

I use bunches all the time and every time the flowers have been fine and lasted well 💐

Good thing about these is it tells you how many stems

I ordered some flowers for my mum and they turned up half dead and some of the roses had had the heads cut off. Never again

Worked for me today

Ordered the pink potted rose for my mum for delivery today. Very disappointing, two half open heads which are looking dead and bedraggled as they open and four buds with the same dead look. Think of forced flowers that never really open and thrive, they just open and die. It reminds me of those.

It looks nothing like the photograph, and even if it eventually picks up, it’s no good for the occasion it was intended for.

Worlds apart from the beautiful potted rose from Waitrose Florist for a similar price last year. It was bright and vibrant with open heads and bloomed all summer.

Oh well.

Just picked up the flowers from the post office as Royal Mail didn’t leave them . Got to say I’m shocked , Lidl do a better bunch of flowers for £3.99. There’s nothing there?! Never again will I use this company
