    Camera was a disappointment for me in this compared to 13 pro. When it hits, it is amazing but it is inconsistent. Highlights are blown many times. Apple never fixed that. Hopefully next time in the 15 series. Also need a good zoom camera now

    If you have a Apple Warranty with the phone then you can just take it straight away to you’re local Apple Store and you don’t need to take any proof of purchase as Apple will just scan the barcode on your device and they will be able to tell you there and then if you’re device is still under warranty…..(y)

    I got a as new iPhone 13 Pro Max instantly sent it back I would say it was grade c at best scratched to hell

    Wouldn’t waste your time just sent back a iPhone 13 Pro Max that was listed as good as new looked like it was cleaned with wire wool their grading is abysmal been warned

    Why are these called phones? I can buy a mobile phone for £20 or less, a telephone like this is a "Multi function mobile computer" a much catchier name. On the other hand you can buy something very similar, for less than 20 percent of the price! Now that is value.

    I bought the Very Good version. Initially pleased. I found the top speaker to be full of ear wax - yuk. Managed to get most of it out with a needle but then I realised when viewing a web page or app with a light or white background, when having the brightness about 50% or less, the bottom of the screen was a very different shade to the top. Very off putting when when scrolling. It’s going back.

    Replying to my own comment. Returned the dodgy phone, received the replacement 2 days later and it looks perfect to me. Very easy process, very pleased.

    Please be careful with Giffgaff. I have been waiting for a refund for my return. It's been weeks, and they're telling me story after story saying they're investigating. BS if you ask me. They're saying they're investigating the arrival of the phone. I have proof that it's been delivered, but they can't even ask whoever signed for it
