Those are their typical upgrade prices I think.
If you check the day after they expire, they do occasionally lower them but usually they just extend the date.

I need to trim some audio wav files , is any of the software included decent for that? Years ago I used Audacity

You can still use Audacity tbh, it's still around and still a solid choice

This is an absolutely outstanding deal. I use sound forge for waveform editing of my podcast, and then Vegas to do the final production where I need multichannel audio coming together. I find them so much more intuitive in the Adobe subscription that I pay for, but I still need the artistic tools from that subscription.

Buying this license also gives you a significant saving on if you decide to upgrade to newer versions.
I agree it’s a shame that it’s not on the Mac - especially given the ones that I mention are such outstanding pieces of software.

Use Vegas Pro 18 and 20 Pro Post on work machine, much smoother and smaller footprint than DaVinci Resolve. Have resolve full version with speed editor on mac and use it too but admit I "like" using Vegas better, even tough DaVinci is more powerful.

I get by with Kdenlive nowadays (free) but always used Vegas in the past which was an easy to use editor and feature rich, haven't used in a while but if anything like i remember would definably recommend.

I brought this Vegas 18 Pro Edit back in December in the last bundle and was really disappointed. The software felt quite dated and had problems rendering videos. After spending hours in their forums, I found that Vegas have known issues with the colour output in final video renders on computers with AMD graphics cards. It made the software absolutely useless for my purpose as all final videos had incorrect colours. Unfortunately I didn't qualify for a refund as I didn't get around to trying the software for a number of months after purchasing. If you do buy and have an AMD graphics card, then make sure you try making some videos before the return date is up.

Humble Bundle is offering Vegas Pro Edit 18 for lost price again along with some other music creative software..... it's the full version of Vegas Pro Edit 18 albeit, not the newest version. Great way to get a cheap legit copy of the well regarded video edit software and it'l entitle you to upgrade to a newer version if that's what you want to do.
