There was a similar discussion here a few months ago about the Xiaomi 33W charger that was on offer. From memory, to get the full rated watts out of them, you need to use both the special Xiaomi USB cable (red inserts) and a Xiaomi phone supporting 67W or more charging. This is not a USB-PD or PPS charger so charging other devices or using a different USB cable will yield slower results, possibly as low as 15W (though likely somewhere between 18-27W) - not a problem in your case as I think the Pixel 5 can only charge up to 18W anyway, but it's not ideal for laptops or non-Xiaomi phones (edited)

The whole thing is more complicated than just charging at a set rate. I have the Xiaomi 12 rated at 67w and I have this charger. When plugged in the phone recognises the '67w max' but due to the phone's smart charging it starts high but quickly slows into the 20s due to temperature regulation.

This is still correct to how the phone should charge as it goes from 0-70 in 20 minutes. I think a lot of people (like me before I got this phone) were expecting a constant charge rate. It's variable due to temperature.

Wouldn't risk it. Decent chance these are fake.
And remember the seller themselves might not even be able to spot a decent fake; so might actually believe they are selling genuine goods.

@MrSwitch Just a correction. This isn't a GaN model. This is a regular 67W fast charging one. The GaN ones are 55W, 65W, etc (edited)
