Just bought a canon Eos M50 for £400. Looking for a card. It actually takes SD card but the microsd can be put into an adaptor and plugged in. I think the microsd cards are also cheaper. Just cannot imagine how they fit all that memory into it!

Brutes

Just asking, Why would you use Micro SD for cameras and not SD card?

HerefordCiderApples

woosh

Shah_AlivUs

Like £13..! Did not have browser open for actual price. Exact price £13.95. My question was the write/read speed seems good. Are the quality item rebranded. I don't mind paying a bit more for stability buy don't want to pay more of not needed..need it for a camera.

"Like £13" or £13 or £12,£14 or was that an unnecessary "like" ?

My mistake just realised the drivers are for Windows XP/7 so no wonder they cause issues. No drivers needed for Windows 10.

CyDoNiA

Got mine today and instantly ran into issues with the TP-Link drivers. My PS3 Bluetooth keyboard (which I got it to pair with) would not pair. I removed the CSR (TP-Link) drivers and magically worked. Not sure if the Windows 10 built in drivers lose you any functionality but at least they actually allowed me to pair it.

Proveright

Thanks OP, added to list, need to find something else to add for free delivery, as don't agree with prime.

tonez

I have the wireless version of this & it is very temperamental. Will get very hot & then just stop working. When it’s working it’s a bargain but it’s extremely frustrating when playing up.

unknownuser

Just unpair them. You can always pair them again when you do want them to connect.

My order turned up next day.

Mattyclul

Can anyone confirm if these cards will work on firmware 3.70 once modded?

justabout72

You don't need interweb, but yes you do have to run the exploit every time you power up

pitbullmern

I was already under 3.60 when i did mine but saw many people saying these cards didnt work on firmware over 3.60. Perhaps they have updated the cfw for these to work on later firmwares.

justabout72

you dont have to roll back the firmware there is a method of running custom firmware. its a pain in the butt, but can be done. only snag is you have to fire up the trinity exploit every time you switch your vita on. instal pkgi and download games directly from the vita store so a friend says.... ;)

My missus just got all excited that she'd found a "clip clamp" on Hotdeals. Naturally, I've had to put her right.

Pisnahuj

I don't say you are wrong quite the opposite. But there are so many deals and good prices the hud would be full with these and that would make a mess here with hundreds of litle items from china. I personally think it is not the best practice but it's probably up to the management here lol (y)

Roger_Irrelevant

Truth be told a lot of the stuff direct from China costs less, and is better quality that stuff from U.K. with mark-up. Example: Show me an armoured waterproof Samsung/Apple phone with 10,000 mAh battery, walkie talkie, Full HD etc. for £220. (y)

Pisnahuj

Wtf how many deals there are in aliexpress, GearBest, light in the box etc image now we all sharing them.. Not saying that thing is bad.

bobo53

could you please provide some links, my 3 small compressors do not have anything where this can be screwed

10/100. This will be painfully slow for anything other than internet. As above, USB3 10/100/1000 adaptors are only a £ or so more.

Would you not rather have USB3 for a quid more? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rankie-Network-Adapter-Gigabit-Black/dp/B010SEARPU This isn't cheap for USB2.0 anyway - cheaper here.

Just because it's in a metal case doesn't mean it isn't a Chinese import...it is, and there are loads at this price or lower. I've been using this one for 3 months now for £18.99, which is also metal, has almost the same ports (HDMI rather than USB-C passthrough) and has been working perfectly. Main difference is it has the USB-C connector on a cable, meaning its much easier to use with things other than a macbook https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0756Q94HV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Don't get me wrong - I am not saything this is a bad product (far from it!) just that it's nothing special, and there are others of the same quality for less money on Amazon....

indywooda

I have a similar product, bought from eBay around £15, it’s an excellent device as my MacBook Pro only has two thunderbolt ports so the extensions are invaluable even just for the USB inputs, the hdmi is very useful and mine has two card readers which I use as back up / extension drives. I do have to say when charging though it gets very very hot, alarmingly so that I don’t tend to charge it for long - not saying this product will do the same but seems a theme of these types of products, I just tend to always be around or using it when I charge it through the replicator.

itsjustme

Thank you, always nice to hear someone else is happy with a product. I don't need power delivery either. Looks like the code has disappeared though, I should have bought it yesterday.

crumpetman

Yes I have been using it since I got it a few days ago, no problems. I have no need of the USB C power pass through at the moment so have not used that other than to test it worked. HDMI is fine, three x USB 3 ports are all fine too. I have another USB hub made by same company, Nllano, which I have had for over a year, again no issues. Some of their other products on Amazon have reviews (upto 100) and seem to get 4 stars on average.

So I did the test, and I got 2256mA on Apple usb to lightning cable on anker 5 port 60w charger, and 2880mA on the anker 30w usb c pd charger with the Apple usb c to lightning cable., it was using ampere app on iPhone XS Max around 40% - 50% battery.

coalfield

Standard usb to lightning is an anker (or similar brand) I think. Not an Apple one

BB_play

The results seem low, who’s usb to lightning cable you using? I’ll run some tests again with iPhone XS Max later and see what I get.

coalfield

Whilst I don't rate the accuracy of Ampere app, some stats for those interested on iPhone XS, from battery below 50% Car Charger Port (Standard USB -> Lightning) - 683mA Car Cherger USB Adapter 2.4A rated (Standard USB -> Lightning) - 598mA Anker 30W PD port (with USBC -> Lightning (Apple cable) - 2,392mA All lower than I would expect but make of it what you will!

dievo.meistras

Using this with xioami notebook pro. Cant catch up charge while using... so for macbook this will not work aswell.
