Can't recommend the XM4 anymore, battery issues and many others have the same:

You're SoL if you're out of warranty.

Agree, although Amazon warehouse is decent for returns. Plus buy it on a credit card if needed

Grabbed a pair of these for 91£ the other day, everything perfect + original package minus the small size ear plugs. Fine by me as I have a heap of memory foam ones which I prefer and they fit as per standard ear plugs. Case accommodates various ear plug sizes which is nice for a change. Super happy with these! Great sound, good features and the recent update for miltidevice (dual bluetooth connections). Only downside to these, they do protrude from the ear a bit but still feel secure. Reccomend.

Honest question (And probably a really stupid question)

Will I tell much difference with these, compared to Galaxy Buds pro? Spotify and youtube music mainly.

Please test them out properly on receipt (I think you only get 30 days now?), & be aware sometimes one gets other worthless stuff & not the earphones due to thieves swapping them out for the other stuff & Amazon not checking returns properly hotukdeals.com/com…806 (edited)

Agree with this, esp checking to be sure they're not swap-outs.

However, if they become faulty after 30 days and within 2 years of delivery, you are still covered and amazon will refund on return. I've returned laptops, earphones and other items that've developed varying faults from the warehouse after a year without issue, most recently a thermostat.

Got the XM3s on warehouse for £53 - is it worth the upgrade to the XM4s?

I don’t see these at this price but £139 🙃

Edit: I went to checkout to see if 20% discount but the only thing added was £4.99 p&p (edited)

Ordered "like new" few days ago. Today returned them because noise cancelling didn't work at all regardless what settings I was using, did factory reset, etc. nothing worked.

As @Crossbow mentioned above - test them straight away.

ANC is not great on both. They sound pretty decent though, if a bit quiet. You really need decent foam tips to get the best out of these - the foam tips improve the ANC as well, adding isolation.

I bought some jabra returned "like new" the only problem was they were covered in ear wax. Amazon refunded me though. Absolutely disgusting

Purchased some, and sent them back as the change in noise reduction from noise canceling to ambient was barely noticeable. Noted that some buds ANC's were defective, so could have had a duff pair.

They must have been a duff pair. Very noticeable difference in a working pair. Had mine 15 months, they get daily use and I love them.

I ordered these. Noise cancelling is great and they look nice.

I wore them to the gym and they were quiet. Sound quality was good. But just not loud enough. I took them off after 3 minutes and went and back my old earphones (soundpeats that cost £20) cms they were night and day better. I sent the sony back ASAP

Quick not most of these will have hardware issues. Mainly battery drain in 2 minutes
