The plumber left a pair of these by mistake when he finished working on our boiler recently. They look like a really clever upgrade over traditional water pump pliars and the locking slide works really well. He missed them so much he came back to collect them and explained that they are the ones he keeps handy in his pocket because they are so versatile - so they must be good!

As a gas engineer I have them and they are good, preferred ones are the knipex ones, but these are good.

I have a set of these and the first time I used it the teeth seemed to melt away like butter 🤦‍♂️, must have been teething teeth as it now bites proper and they are really decent for 5he money (I use these if I don't want to abuse my knipex babies )
