I complained to timberland recently as my boots were falling apart despite not much use and they just pointed me to the warranty. Will never buy again until they offer a repair service. Hopefully this is the start.

I wouldn't suggest Timberland as a trekking shoe. More of an urban fashion shoe.

What dates is it available. Per their website,

    Live Cleaning 25.03 & 01.04 1pm - 8pm, 26.03 & 02.04 12pm - 6pm

That's quite a tight window for the offer.

They should offer a re-soleing service for the classic chukka boot. And re-sew and clean it up where needed.

Camper is going the same direction as Patagonia and hopefully more firms will follow suit:

Would a pair I bought from the US in 2001 be eligible for this?

I wonder if they can make my Timberland hiking boots waterproof again.

I took 2 Timberland boots this week, am awaiting them to contact me so I can pop back in to pick them up, this deal should not be expired, worker in the shop said it will be running for a while until they decide to stop it

Any idea how long this offer will be for? I happen to be going London at the end of April, otherwise I live too far for this

My last boots were Timberlands and lasted me sooooooo well! (They went literally miles round Glasto!)... I can't wear them any more unfortunately the soles are wrecked and collapsed. Wonder how extreme the "repairs" are they'll undertake

Although I'm nowhere near London, shame they don't open this up elsewhere

Wondering the same, need to change the sole... Anyone went / can comment?

My boots could do with a clean, I hope the offer is still available later in the month

Fantastic offer! I have probably around 10 timberland boots as I love collecting the Killington Chukka range. Is there a limit to how many pairs you can take in?
