sorted byIn newer versions it is mostly used to identify your device for target-ads, so the ad provider can tell whether a specific advert was already shown to you. I believe this game doesn't have adds currently (just going off above comments here) but that doesn't mean they haven't already implemented an ad network SDK to have the option in the future.
Of course, it also gives them the ability to see information about your phone and sim, i.e. IMEI number, your phone number, the phone number of people calling you. I doubt they're after this data but if you're someone who's concerned by this then consider skipping this one.
