Display quality especially peak brightness in Pixel phone is always inferior and you notice it as soon as you move from oppo/samsung/apple/Xiaomi. Speaker phone is also medicore in 6 when it comes to loudness ( even old pixel 4 xl and 3a XL were performing better than 6). Battery is not 5000mAh but phone still heavy

Good points : cheap price, excellent still camera, great software , longer support, plenty of custom ROMS giving you option of unlimited google photo backup etc (edited)

The unlimited photo backup ended a few generations ago for pixel

They've always continued to work for me on my old no longer supported handsets, e.g. my 2XL.

you could just buy from tesco at £242 brand new. their offer is still on.
you buy the phone and a £10 tesco top up voucher and they knock off £165 the total.

i brought mine in store yesterday ,

Mine is terrible on speaker phone. Get constant complaints from the person I'm talking to re. audio quality.

Have you tried putting near the mic and then speaking? my 4 XL has this problem too but works when I'm speaking closer to the mic on speakerphone

What are peoples thoughts between this and the 7A?
Trying to decide whether I want to pay £450 for the 7A or if this cheaper option will be just as good.
Thanks for any help/advice anyone can give

Good and acceptable conditions also available from £234

According to the listing description you have full 1 year returns period if your not satisfied!!

Amazing if true, buy and use while waiting for something better to come along, return for full refund within the year. Bit like buying a new phone each year, you'd sell after 12 months and make maybe 40% of the value back.
