Regular eBay selling fee is 12.8% (+30p)
80% off promo makes that 2.56% (+30p)
If we consider the £1 Max fee offer: 70p (+30p)
70p is 2.56% of £27.34
So £27.34 and above is the amount at which the £1 Max fee offer is better
Under £27.34 the 80% off (+30p) offer is better (edited)
