sorted byI tried some cheap replacement batteries and they also had 1h life. For this price it's a good deal if you're willing to pay £30 for some decent replacement batteries. The process is not hard.
So £50 just for the charging case???

Seems they don’t take any note as my pair had obviously been returned for the same reason. How many times are they going to repeat it hoping someone can’t be bothered to send them back? (edited)
You can replace the battery if you search for a guide but getting the batteries is annoying in the UK (or was when I looked).
Noise cancelling is very good. At this price, you'd be very hard pressed to complain
