The company is already established, so it only needs to be integrated and activated, and then it should become self-aware to make decisions on it's own

For those of us who are a little older, this is actually much more like the dawn of the consumer internet. Anyone remember hearing the term "Information Superhighway" constantly? It's like that.

So many empty promises. So many startups died in the crash that followed.

But then the internet became normal, and we used it everywhere without making a huge fuss about it.

And some of those early companies became household names, of course.

It's going to be like that.

Careful, that tin foil hat might slip.

You know that these programs are trained on large data sets, not coded by a human to be a "woke lefty", right?

It’s free but time spent on reading it isn’t so just be mindful. Amazon is overloaded with fake reviews so if you just focus on the negative ones you may get few real reviews and make a proper assessment

The biggest risk isn't the sci-fi outcome where the AI goes wild and kills all humans.

The biggest risk is that it further concentrates all the world's wealth into the hands of a very few.

And then those few start some bad stuff, as they are wont to do.

In any system people are the biggest risk.

Not just written; it generated the cover, created an Amazon account, listed the book, made up some reviews then came on here and created a thread

Why would you need a book? You just talk to it. You couldn't make it more intuitive if you tried.

I'm guessing the book is supposed to explain all the public APIs you can use so your programs can interact with it. I have no idea whether the book is any use for that though.

I hope chatGPT didn't write the book. I've been experimenting with it for my work and I find it lies quite a bit. Ironically, Microsoft's Edge's offering seems to tell fewer porkies.
