About this deal

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Good price here that I haven't seen matched elsewhere, especially as it includes the Sync Module 2. Amazon's price is £70 for the same bundle. If you haven't used Very before there's a 20% discount available on the first order if you sign up for a credit account. You can then spread the cost over three months interest free. But you don't need to use the credit though as I paid in full. I can't see a collection option so £3.99 delivery.

Seems to be a minimum of 6% Quidco although their page is currently littered with different, unspecific offers. So as usual, treat that as a bonus.

I was half expecting cancellation due to pricing error but mine has shipped.

You get clear Full HD video, day or night, so you can check the ID of anyone who turns up unannounced.
  • You can get alerts and video on your Alexa devices with the Sync Module
  • Save and share clips in the cloud with a Blink Subscription Plan or locally with the Sync Module 2 and a USB drive (sold separately)
  • Connect it to your existing doorbell wiring to use your current chime

link broken. The echo 5 / blink bundle on very for 52.99 doesn’t include sync module. Reviews specifically mention this fact.

Looks like the link was somehow tied to my account, despite not being signed in. I've amended it so hopefully working now.

Not sure what you can do other than rely on the description which says the Sync module is included. Mine is out for delivery today so will report back when it arrives.
that would be great, please do

Monthly subscription for a doorbell? George Orwell would rise from the grave if he saw this.
No. There is a monthly subscription if you want to store video in the cloud. The is no "monthly subscription for a doorbell".

Well that was painful. You can't return these online because you might have registered them, so have to call. Very are another of these scummy retailers with no email, only a long wait on the phone to eventually be connected to South Africa. Unfortunately I couldn't make myself understood so gave up. Went to Twitter to find Very's CS last posted in 2019... (edited)

The sole review on the very site states it doesn't come with the sync module as advertised, now I'm wondering do I order or not :/

Edit it also states in the description

" Save and share clips in the cloud with a Blink Subscription Plan or locally with the Sync Module 2 and a USB drive (sold separately)" (edited)

I wont be as harsh or dismissive of the link as the comment above but i am keen on this deal but cannot access it. Any help please?

BUT appears that the sync module *isn't* included according to the 1 review the site has.

Ordered one previously when introduced, cancelled order as it is a money maker for Google. Eufy is much better no monthly fees etc
how is it a money maker for google?

Anyone have any experience of a Blink set up compared to a Eufy?

It would appear that with a sync module and USB then the Blink doesn't need a monthly subscription either just like Eufy

Blink seems a fair bit cheaper, any reasons or pitfalls?

Bad news guys, there is no sync module. I'll expire this & start the returns process.
    thanks for confirming

It's still a good deal if you already have the blink ecosystem as you can use you sync module from your cameras if you are looking to add the doorbell
Not really, it's about the going rate without the sync module which is why I've expired it.

I bought this Blink Doorbell + Sync 2 Module + Echo Dot deal for £55 from Amazon.

It’s to replace my Girlfriend’s Eufy setup at her house. The non-replaceable Eufy battery suddenly failed after 19 months, so she insisted on a replacement with a replaceable battery. Plus no monthly subscription. Hence Blink. At £40 less than she paid for the Eufy setup, she’s well pleased.

Thanks for this I've been comparing the Eufy/Blink setups.
