This has been on clearance at Toolstation at this price for more than six months but virtually nowhere had any stock and from the look of it still doesn't.
For those who can't be bothered to read the previous posts, this is next to useless with the supplied 8" disk as the motor is not powerful enough. Change it to a 5" one though, easily available on ebay, Amazon etc, and it becomes a very good polisher.

Just looks like the one I got from Argos many years ago with a different name. Cracking polisher to start out and learn with. Not sure on the cable length but if its as short as mine thats the only negative I've got

It is the same as the Argos/Guild polisher. Positec own the Bauker and Worx brands but also make power tools for Argos and Aldi/Ferrex.

Thanks OP. This annoys myself. Black Friday this was forsale on ebay about £25 and I dithered about buying. When I went to buy it was sold out.
