I will go out on a limb here....
It's not paint! As in title it's Fence TREATMENT, paint covers and seals the wood like the many garden paints available do, eg

I see similar comments for Ronseal as well. What do you recommend?

Love the silver copse shade. I see black is now available, tempted but can't be asked to change it all.
I haven't had any issues with this at all

Last year I bought some of Wicks own brand? stuff, Green fence paint.
Needed two coats but very happy with it, was good price for a BIG bucket.

9 Litres for £14 (was £12 early last year when I bought it)
I'd be happy to buy this product again.

as others have said...not good....nor the ronseal....i used the former on 3 different houses..as it's always cheap...last time i moved i thought i'd see if the ronseal is any better...no the same

if you dont mind touching up...or in some cases re doing it ..then fine

dont know how they get away with saying 5 years...no chance

i've complained to both companies and just got vouchers for more of the stuff!

water based paint/stain for outside? (edited)

I don't think it will work well on brick houses
