DEWALT DCS353N 12V XR CORDLESS BRUSHLESS OSCILLATING MULTI-TOOL BODY ONLY
The DeWalt DCS353 XR Brushless Multi-Tool has a dual-grip variable speed trigger, with a lock-on feature that allows greater control when cutting/scraping/sanding. A quick-change accessory system allows blades and attachments to be changed quickly. Its universal accessory adaptor enables use with most oscillating tool accessory brands.

The compact, lightweight design allows improved access into confined spaces. Fitted with an airlock compatible dust adaptor for quicker/more secure dust extraction connection/performance. There is also a bright LED light that illuminates dark work surfaces for accurate cutting.

Sold as body only. Batteries and chargers are sold separately.

    Go for the 18v.. this is way under powered...

    12V is very compact, notably smaller than 18V siblings. It lacks the 3 speed switch of the 18V tools (limited use as you end up going for max anyway I find) but has variable trigger, so you have control.

    It has lower hand vibration vs the older DCS355 18V - you would need to go for the newer DCS356 18V which I imagine uses the same motor/construction of the 12V version.

    If you already have 12V Dewalt batteries and need a compact multi-tool, or for DIY type jobs give it a shot. (edited)
