steelbooksingle disc versions of both '60s films is £29.99 Amazon...actually prefer the second film with Bernard Cribbins, more akin to the earth bound Pertwee era episodes.
The Dalek Collection, 2006 StudioCanal 2 DVD collectors edition can be had for less than a tenner on the bay if you don't mind pre-owned.
There's something appealing to me about watching a slightly grainy version on DVD, although both films are frequently shown on Talking Pictures TV. (edited)
