I bought one recently. It’s able to charge my laptop via USB-C. Works fine.
If you’re worried about being set on fire, you first should think about how it would be set on fire. A fire is unlikely.
If it overheats, you’d smell burnt plastic. And then what? It malfunctions, you deal with it. Unless you’re silly enough to let it overheat and keep burning, then yeah a fire is possible. Trust me, you would know if something was wrong.

Anyways, it’s a good brand.
