Fact is when lights are tarnished / cloudy, they need sanding down, polishing and sealing. Anything else is an extremely short lived "fix".

WD40, toothpaste etc it's all junk.

Works great for an easy fix, to do it properly crosshatch sand rough to fine, then cut, polish, degrease and spray with a proper 2k clear coat

Used this today really impressed with the results. Light look almost new before they were really yellow and weathered. Tried a load of other ways to restore them before none of them worked so thats why i bought this kit.

My experience was the exact opposite. Pretty crap results. I used the staged sandpaper and then the abrasive and then the sealant. Made it worse than before not sure what I may have done wrong?! (edited)

With current energy prices its cheaper the pay the difference than fire up the time machine to get it at that price

This kit does the job fine. And not just to get a MOT pass. The blue velcro on the polishing pad does come away after several uses, price wise average.

I've used this kit but the dulling of the headlamp always returns. I found the easiest thing to do is just use a cloth and the polish every 3 - 6 months. The spray in the kit did not stop the dullness returning and using the sanding pads was a pavlova.

Best fix I found was using Autosol. Works great, and super cheap.
