Thats correct. I have replaced it twice due to water in the dome and it means the recording and views are blurred because of this. Not worth the money.

Not voted either way, but if the eufy bell and hub are anything to go by, I'd save my money and look for something else!

I've tried every combination of settings I can think to make it work better, but no luck. It will either give notifications for every single thing or nothing at all. It doesn't even send notification of bell presses until its too late, 5 minutes late is common, but sometimes it's like 15/20 minutes later.

I'd appreciate any tips from anyone on how to make bell work better?

Honestly, might be worth checking your internet connection. I had similar problems with Eufy doorbell before I upgraded.

This would normally be a great price but it being £119 just a few weeks ago would make me want to wait

Yes stings a bit but this is still a good price. Crazy prices at launch, well over £200.
If not in immediate need then worth waiting as it seems they are settling down in price to something more realistic.

These did have an issue with security which I believe has been resolved

Recently bought mine at £119 and its great. So easy to install if you already have a security light to replace like I did..

Watch out for the app. If you want to share the access with someone or have it automatically arm/disarm when you (all) leave your place, neither function currently works. (edited)
