When you signup for Virgin Red Rewards you get 500 points. Free to signup and open to all. When I tested you get the points credited instantly. You can then redeem for a free Greggs hot drink / savoury bite (300 points) and a free Greggs Doughnut/ Muffin / Sausage Roll (200 points). Once you redeem points the Greggs items appear in My Rewards and you have a month to redeem.
