No windows, for some people that's a deal breaker. Also the R7 5700G on the HP is miles better than the R5 4500.

HP Omens are usually quite nicely built and use off-the-shelf parts unlike, cough, Dell and Alienware… I think the same with the PSU and motherboard, so nothing special but not cheap junk. I’d expect a branded 500W Bronze unit in there.

Solid deal. 8C16T CPU, 1TB 256GB SSD, 16GB RAM and according to others a decent PSU. The 6600XT might be a bit dated but can still play 1080p with ease. Btw the CPU itself cost around £170.
