5600x/3060ti > 5700x/3060 for the same money, for gaming at least.

(standard build) If i wanted to upgrade the GPU to the 4070 at a later date would the motherboard take this also the CPU to the 5800x3d? I know the PSU definitely would need to be upgraded and maybe the cooler?
Looking for a system really for long term use (edited)

    Hi pal.

Yeah the motherboard will take both, i suggest a higher cooling system i.e 3rd party cooler, some more fans inside the case for higher combo an as u say on the psu u can do the Bequiet now at £60

    u said standard 5600X/3060Ti.

PSU +60 for the bequiet, or £120 for that psu and boost gpu to 3070..

£60 more for 3070 over 3060ti isnt a bad price either, depends on how soon ur jumping to 4070.

get a 4070 now vs reselling an older gpu, so is qs when.

    Is it worth paying the £57 and running 5600x / 6700xt ?

You will need to also boost the PSU, i only cover Palicomp full ranges that are highlighted product from the main item and boosters as they are upto date. i only use the bottom section if i can cross ref them the same part basis for an undercut, as down that section is always whack with regards to old stock, out of stocks n god knows.

i dont have anyone telling me they bought a 6700xt from this place.

    if u wanted a 6700xt -> build one inside this: awd-it.co.uk/gam…tml

it works out better, and reliable for AMD, they also have a new 6650xt inside it too.

    5600x/6700xt/air case/ b550m wifi / 16gb / Gigabyte 750w / 1TB £825** with code BBURGER, which is as equal to palicomp 690+57+psu boost.

*u can cut back on some bits too. (edited)

Hi pal, i asked and they have some 6700XT in, ill have a check see which is best way, as id boost the PSU up on the AMD due to a nice level. on this one it would make sence to go on overkill 850W as it sits at a good nonimal upgrade price with the booster, but ill see if there is another for inbetween.

    - but now i remember ur the chap on the 5600G done via a used 2070 so ur good.

I have been looking at the Palicomp and this one: hotukdeals.com/dea…349

Roughly the same price, but with a few tweaks difference on specs - still to pull the trigger, any thoughts on which one to go for?

I like the AWD because you can upgrade to 1TB storage for £17.99 and there is a £10 discount voucher than can be used. Plus come with a Ti GPU and W11, buuuuut not sure on the remaining comparison specs. (edited)

I've been tasked with finding a pc for £700 and I think this fits the bill. It's for a mate who said
"The games I play aren't all graphic dependant. Probably the main one for graphics at a guess would be f1 manager. I play football manager that doesn't need graphics. Civilization a bit, but not so much. "
    What you think, 5700x and 3060 ?

Yeah 5700X/3060 crack in the TX550 at £710 as that is a solid PSU for the future.

That 550W will handle Nvidia future reco 650W GPU's no bother with this R5.
    - just run at a higher curve load which is more stable then ur budget psu, inc 650ws (edited)

unfortunly wont work, the promo over ride whatever is down below, i tried it on something else long time ago.

    # £690 link, +57 6700XT and then 5700X at £40.00 is a way, (u got to consider the psu)

6700XT is a bugger for PSU's i wouldnt touch it with the default PSU, so that leave major 850W on that link at £65, shame they cant do a nice option in between, if u pitch them u could work on them on something..

i did have another idea. let me see
