Challenger K1 One Person Kayak set is made from Intex "Super-Tough" vinyl which is a high molecular PVC that is unaffected by gasoline, oil and salt water.
It is highly resistant to damage from abrasion, impact and sunlight. It also permits more air pressure for rigidity, making it perfect for river and sea action.
The K1 comes with 84" aluminum oars and a high-output hand pump. The hard plastic skegs on the underside of the kayak (similar to the underside of a surfboard) provide directional control so you can be sure you'll get where you want to go.
The kayaks feature inflatable seats with backrests, inflatable I-beam floors, grab lines on both ends, and a cargo net for extra storage. The sets also includes a repair patch.
Kayak size: 274cm (108") long x 76cm (30") wide by 33cm (15") high Weight Capacity: 100kg (175lbs).

Heat. These are alright for a budget kayak. My mate has one. This plus a life jacket and you're good to go!

I got this about a year ago for about 100 quid courtesy of HUKD and have used it about 20 times since I bought it, used on Coniston and Ullswater and a couple lakes in Northumberland.
I bought a life jacket separately as an addition, but as a Kayak to float around inland water it seems brilliant.

You need to buy a licence if you intend to use it on inland waterways .

Bought one from Amazon and would highly recommend. But beware of their delivery timescale - took about 8 months to deliver!

I see it applies to England and Wales only. Not Scotland (due to right to roam) or Nth Ireland.
    But worth knowing.
