Lowepro Flipside Trek BP 450 AW photo backpack
I've had a few photo backpacks and this one is really nice, fits my mirrorless camera system with 3 lenses, dji mini 3 pro drone and lots of space for other kit.
This ships from the Netherlands, I ordered on Monday and it arrived Thursday, they use UPS tracked service. No VAT on import to worry about as its under £135 and VAT is collected at the point of sale.
There were a few poor reviews on trustpilot, but I had no issues.

The Lowepro Flipside Trek BP 450 AW Backpack (Grey / Dark Green) is a rugged outdoor backpack for your SLR. It features sturdy dividers secure the content safely.
There is room for your SLR camera including a lens. There is room for about 3 extra lenses, your tablet and / or iPad and necessary accessories. I also have Lowepro Powder BP 500 AW, which is perfect for longer multi-day hikes with your camera kit.
It will easily take my Samsung TAB s8 plus, which, which is similar size to your ipad
