    The best instant Noodles although haven't tried this flavour

    It contains MSG (E621 flavour enhancer). Depending on which study you read, between 1 to 26 percent of the population experience side effects eating it.
    "There has been some controversy in recent years about whether MSG is entirely safe for human consumption."
    That and containing Palm Oil as the second ingredient I think I'll avoid this.

    There’s really no good evidence for the negative effects of dietary MSG.

    Palm oil arguments are generally fair, but I wouldn’t worry about MSG
