Not suitable for vegetarians hence no V sign. Halal? Depending on which school of teaching you follow, they contain crustaceans which are shellfish but no mention if that is prawns, crabs, lobster et
So not vegetarian /halal?
(fierce) So annoyed with myself, went to farm foods especially to get these and the potatoes wedges but couldn't see a 'suitable for vegetarians' sign on the noodles so left them Just checked on asda and they contain crustaceans
The curry and sweet chilli are bland, but the chicken version actually has flavour and is delicious in my opinion. Chicken is the only flavour that sells out in stores while the rest is discontinued so hopefully back to the drawing board for those two
I agree with you on Shin Cup, as long as you don't mind a bit of a spicy one. Soba, I'm not too keen on. I don't know if it's just a case of not liking that you have to drain it, and usually scolding yourself, but I just find that when you've done all of that, there's very little left. If you've never had the MAMA Beef ones that I've linked above, definitely give them a try.
Shin Cup and Soba range for the win in my experience. Also, these are 60p in Iceland if anyone has one of those nearer.
If you have Prime. Definitely give one of these a go. In my own opinion, these are up there with the best. Mama Instant Cup Noodle with Beef Flavor 70 g - TMAMACUPB: Amazon.co.uk: Grocery
They're also 50p on Clubcard price at Tesco, if that's closer to you or more convenient.
Bin fodder.... Revisited these after a couple of decades, out of the thousands of flavours and additives available to the junk food market, they have managed to remove all taste from what used to be a regular snack ! Ive tried the chicken, jerk chicken and sweet and sour.... And apart from a little heat, taste of nothing 🤤

The noodles themselves are fine Iv tried the chicken and the curry and the flavour is weak but I always add my own flavours to noodles any way eg chilli powder or flakes pepper curry powder soy sauce mustard Worcestershire sauce and anything else hanging about in the fridge sugar snaps beans corn pretty much anything
Went in my local did not have this
This was at a store in the middle of a place called Stapleford
No, they're pretty tasteless & the noodles are gross!
I just thought they would be the same taste as the noodles in the pot.
YB often list goods by the inner quantity and not by the packet or the outer. as in this intance, 30 sounds better than 6. Each individual £6 box contains six packets and those packets have five packets inside, hence 30 singles, or 6x5 individuals wrapped in a price marked £1 packet per delivered outer.
But these are 20p a pack. 30 packs of 5 delivered for £6. Unless I have the wrong end of the beefy stick? XD
