This is a very good price for John West so I have voted hot. But the Lidl equivalent (which I probably eat 5x per week) is only 72p per tin (or 79p for the spicy tomato version). These are Lidl standard prices, so not a deal, but worth knowing if you're on a budget and need tinned mackerel.

I agree this is a very good price for John West so I have also voted hot. I usually buy the Sainsbury own brand (90p) and would struggle to tell the difference.
I'll have a go at the Lidl version this week.

Skinless & Boneless I always buy these when they are on offer in Costco to me they are better QUALITY than the cheaper ones mentioned (edited)

I've lived off of the Lidl ones for years. 49p they were not that long ago.
I've forgotten what the John West taste like lol
I'll eat most tinned mackerel but the home bargains ones are pretty naff.
