Get a click lock bread box with a handle. When it is ready then take it all to the garden and empty it, then there is no need for compostable bags.
It will be air tight so it won't smell in the kitchen

If you are putting meat in your compost, you'll be attracting rats sadly.

This does look much nicer than my council supplied green one. Looks like it's got a lip trap to stop the bags from dropping in as well. Cool.

We have one of these. It no longer has a handle. The clips that hold the handle in, also rip the bags when you try to get the bag out. Good feature
