Additional Information:
What is The Official London Theatre Sale?

Our Sale offers tickets for top London shows for performances from 1 January to 10 February 2023. Previously named the New Year Sale and Get Into London Theatre, the Sale is now in its 20th year and has firmly established its place on the London theatre calendar, getting bigger and better every year!

When does the promotion go on sale?

General booking opens at 10am on Tuesday 6 December. Mastercard cardholders can book early from 10am on Thursday 24 November before the general sale. All Mastercard cardholders must be registered on priceless.com to access the priority booking period.

Which shows are participating in the Sale?

We will be announcing participating shows shortly, sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear which shows you can get great deals on this year!

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets cost £10, £20, £30, £40 or £50, depending on the show, and there are no booking fees to pay. Not every show offers tickets at every price point, or for every performance.

What performances are tickets valid for?

You can buy tickets for selected performances from 1 January to 10 February 2023, subject to availability. If you cannot find your preferred performance in the Sale, full price tickets are available via our Theatre Tickets page, and check TKTS for some great discounts on on-the-day tickets.

How do I book?

Tickets can only be booked online via OfficialLondonTheatre.com/sale/, or at the TKTS booth in Leicester Square. If you’re booking during the Mastercard Priority period, tickets must be booked through priceless.com. Official London Theatre Sale tickets cannot be booked at theatre box offices.

How do I make an Access booking?

If you, or someone you know, has access needs, you can contact us ahead of time outlining your access requirements. The form will be available here from 12pm on Friday 18 November until 4pm on Sunday 20 November for Mastercard priority customers. You will then be contacted by the theatre directly on Thursday 24 November to discuss your access needs and to book your tickets.

For general on sale, the form will be available from 12pm on Friday 2 December until 4pm on Sunday 4 December. You will then be contacted by the theatre directly on Tuesday 6 November to discuss your access needs and to book your tickets..

Please note that not all shows are able to offer all promotion prices and both ticket prices and performances are subject to availability. For access bookings, you will be offered the Sale price or the theatre’s access price – whichever is cheaper.

The Book Of Mormon
La Clique
Come From Away
Get Up Stand Up! The Bob Marley Musical

Finally in...not that good to be honest. E.g. Lion King - No weekends and it is the same tickets for every performance throughout the whole offer period that are available. But I was on the website 10 mins before the offer started and there were loads in different areas..!! I guess they are only offering ones that are usually slow sellers - The £50 ones are usually £70 on a weekend. I should also add the same seats were £25 last year in the same event! (edited)

Logged on at 10:06 for Lion King tickets. Only weekdays, the tickets available aren't fantastic and generally in small groups. Good price if you're prepared to compromise though

Got a seat for the Saturday matinee performance for Wicked - I only needed 1 ticket so this was a great deal. Got one of the best seats in the house for less than half price.

There’s never really any “sale”. Tickets are at the back, miles away. The rest are not stated price, they’re excessively expensive
