Jurassic World Evolution 2

Jurassic World Evolution 2 is the much-anticipated sequel to Frontier’s ground-breaking 2018 management simulation, Jurassic World Evolution, offering an all new narrative campaign voiced by cast members from across the Jurassic World film franchise, exciting new features, four engaging game modes, and an expanded roster of awe-inspiring dinosaurs.

Learn what it takes to be a park management master in Campaign mode, a compelling, original narrative that puts you at the heart of the action following the earth-shattering events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Work alongside iconic characters from the films, including Dr. Ian Malcolm (voiced by Jeff Goldblum) and Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard), and lead the efforts to control, conserve, and contain wild dinosaurs now rampaging across the USA.

Take control with deeper management tools and creative options. Construct a range of customisable new buildings and hire new Scientists, and shape your park to meet the needs of both your guests and dinosaurs. Unleash your creativity in Sandbox mode, or test your skills in Challenge mode as you deal with diverse locations and environmental calamities.

Play through key moments of your favourite films - with a twist. Experience ‘what-if’ scenarios from iconic Jurassic World and Jurassic Park films, each level set across eras and locations from all five movies. Dive into the Jurassic World franchise and see how events unfold when you take control.

Over 75 different prehistoric species come to life in Jurassic World Evolution 2, including highly requested flying and marine reptiles. These animals feel more alive than ever as they preside over territory, fight for dominance, and react intelligently to the world around them. Use bioengineering to customise dinosaurs with bold new colours, and alter their genomes to unlock traits.

Biomutant

BIOMUTANT® is an open-world, post-apocalyptic Kung-Fu fable RPG, with a unique martial arts styled combat system allowing you to mix melee, shooting and mutant ability action.

A plague is ruining the land and the Tree-of-Life is bleeding death from its roots. The Tribes stand divided. Explore a world in turmoil and define its fate – will you be its saviour or lead it to an even darker destiny?

Key Features:

A NEW TAKE ON 3rd PERSON COMBAT
The martial arts style combat system allows you maximum freedom of movement and agility while mixing shooting, melee and powers from your mutations. Learning new Wung-Fu combat forms through progression and learning from masters you’ll meet, will constantly add to your choices and make sure combat never gets old.

EVOLVE YOUR GAME-PLAY
You’ll be able to re-code your genetic structure to change the way you look and play. This will of course affect your attributes and in addition to this, exposure to bio-contamination in the world will lead to mutations like the Turtleform and Mucus Bubble, while exposure to radioactivity found in bunkers from the old world will affect your mind and unlock psi-mutations like telekinesis, levitation and more.

NEXT LEVEL OF CRAFTING
You are totally free when crafting weapons. Mix and match parts to create your own unique 1H or 2H slash and crush weapons. Revolvers, rifles and shotguns and add modifications like cork-screws and battery-powered chainsaw modules to bio-contaminated sludge vials adding to your combat arsenal. There are even characters you’ll meet that’ll craft cool stuff for you, like bionic wings, a jump-pack and even let you modify your Automaton - the scrap-toy sidekick!

GEAR UP FOR ADVENTURE
You are totally free when equipping your character. Not only when it comes to choosing weapons you created, but what type of gear you wear. Equip a gas-mask and an oxygen tank for exploring the Dead Zones, thermos-resistant clothes for venturing into cryonic areas or protective gear for taking on bio-contaminated creatures, the choice is up to you.

SURVIVE IN A VIBRANT OPEN WORLD
You are free to explore the world and what lies beneath its surface, by foot, mech, jet-ski, air-balloon or area unique mounts. Explore the dying wildland, the tunnels and bunker networks of the underworld, and find your way up the mountains or out in the archipelago. There are lots of discoveries to be made, mysteries to unravel, creatures to confront and weird characters to meet in this vibrant and colorful world.

AN UNUSUAL STORY WITH AN UNUSUAL END
Your actions play a major part in the unfolding of a story where End is coming to the New World. A plague is ruining the land and the Tree-of-Life is bleeding death from its roots. The Tribes stand divided, in need of someone strong enough to unite them or bring them all down...
You are guided through the world by a Storyteller that narrates every step of your journey, but it’s your actions and choices that’ll decide how your story of survival ends.

Hero's Hour

Hero's Hour is an accessible, yet-deep and content-rich Strategy Roleplaying Game. Take control of your hero, explore the world, build up your town, fight fast-paced battles, level up your hero and amass an army large enough to take out the opponents - before they take you out.

Turn Based + Real Time

While exploring the overworld and developing your town and army are both turn-based, giving you time to think and plan out your next moves, in battles your units will do the best to fight for themselves in real time - all hundreds of them. Cast spells and give attack orders to swing the tide of battle - or just sit back and watch as your might unfolds.

Procedural Generation

Hero's Hour brings impactful procedural generation to the strategy game formula, ensuring that every time you play, there will be new areas to explore and strange buildings to enhance your hero or army. Seek out obelisks to start you on small procedural quests that send you around the world. You won't even be able to use the same build order each time you play the same faction.

Features

11 factions with special mechanics, strengths and weaknesses

22 hero classes, with a special skill each

50 common hero skills

177 units (and 99 upgraded units)

80 unique unit abilities

166 artifacts

83 spells (+18 spells unlocked via skills)

Dozens of impactful map buildings

Local "hotseat" multiplayer

Co-op with other players or even with the AI

Being on the faster side compared to other turn based strategy games, you may even be able to finish the hotseat games that you start!

Is there any point in staying on a classic plan? I know it used to guarantee everything when they offered a selection of more games but now i feel like im paying a couple quid more for no reason...

I'm still on the classic plan, and when I go to pause each month (which happens most months!) it offers me $4 off, making it $8 per month or around £6.80 at the current exchange rate. So it could work out slightly cheaper to stay on the classic plan if you get that offer (though I may cancel myself as I haven't bought a bundle for a while).

May have to cancel my sub. Been with these guys since 2018 and it’s just not worth £12 a month for the amount I actually get to play nowadays. And the quality isn’t the same as it used to be, but maybe that’s because I have a lot of keys now that remain unclaimed

If it makes any difference, the monthly price is now £8.99, not £12 (it used to be $11.99, but note that's USD).

Oh, and if you have any spare keys that you don't want, please consider donating for the weekly giveaways that I run here on HUKD. (edited)

Humble has changed a lot since I last used it. Are these games to keep or do I need a subscription active to play them?

    To keep.

Biomutant got quite poor reviews but still looking forward to playing it, so great bundle for me.

Bad launch, a lot of annoying things have been fixed.

Is this just on a member plan? If so can I signup for 1 month then cancel on going?
    fuzzle3's avatar
Yeah subscribe for the month and then cancel, get to keep the steam keys etc
  6. coolstar's avatar
Is there any benefit paying the subscription over just buying these packs if they look decent for a month (edited)
    Sherbat's avatar
It's like a rolling monthly mobile sim, you can subscribe for one month, get the keys then cancel or pause before next billing date. They've got a FAQ that covers most of the questions for newcomers.

I've played 6 of the 8 so far for review purposes and I hate all of them so far.

Jurassic World is on gamepass, as is Edge of Eternity.

I'll play Biomutant a bit on Steamdeck and see if it sucks any less but the rest are mediocre.

I have been waiting for Biomutant to hit gamepass - perhaps I should get it here to guarantee that it will be on a service/free give away imminently

    JW2 is an amazing game

What's so amazing about it? I forgot I bought the first one for a quid off Humble, yet to play it.

I'm finding the value of Humble Bundle is excellent. Loving the Pathfinder game last month hand still to explore all the others. £6!! Two coffees. Hours of playtime and I've been introduced to games I'd never have tried before. Also you get to keep the games unlike the subscription services like Gamepass. My 2p worth.

Don’t forget after 3 month you also get 15% off at their store.

Edge of eternity looks okay but I don't have the time for games like that really

The title is a bit missleading. You go on the site and it asks you to sign up as a subscribed member, unless I'm missing something.
    reddeviluk's avatar
You can sign up for one month, cancel straight away.

wonder if any of these are decent for steam deck i can get them for 6 quid so i might just bite depending on how compatible they are.
    Sherbat's avatar
Four* of them have verified status so for £6, it seems like a good buy. I got the offer too and might take it even without the Deck.

edit: It's actually four but yeah, still think it's decent. I'm weighing up whether to play JWP2 and EoE on XBGP before they leave or just grab this, it's not much to play at my own pace. (edited)

    Gotta snatch um’ all!

A better month i’d say. Worth the cost of entry.

Great deal, the 3 I wanted are playable on steam deck.

Are you on the old "classic" plan?

Aside from Biomutant, best bundle in a long while. Interested in almost all.
