    Not so sure based on packs alone as that would put the packs at £5.75 each, with everything else then it is decent but you can get 36 pack boosters close to this price at times

    Safe to say I won’t be using Zavvi again, 6 days still no dispatch but money taken straight away. Their site chat doesn’t work. Taking a day to reply to each messenger message and now they say my billing address isn’t correct to look up my order (it is) if it’s not sorted out by Monday I’ll be doing a charge back.

    Ordered a build and battle astral radiance set and a Charizard UPC. Saying “processing” on the UPC and “dispatched on the build and battle. Ordered them last Thursday 13th April. Absolute jokers. I’m never, ever, ever ordering from scammi (Zavvi) again. What a **** show. (edited)

    Has anyone received their box or a refund? Absolute joke of service from Zavvi, no updates with regards to when the item will be delivered and ‘we will try and cancel for you’

    I got my box but it was literally 2 weeks of waiting and the UPC was absolutely horrendously damaged, every corner was dented beyond belief and there was a tear in the plastic wrap. I’m genuinely never ordering from Zavvi again. I don’t care if they are the cheapest I’m done with them. 3 orders over 4 months and each one awful. (edited)

    Still haven't got mine. Told me it was mis-picked and I had a choice to proceed or cancel. Replied to them within 25 mins to cancel. They said I can't cancel because it's being prepared for dispatch. That was a week ago.
    For anyone else in the same situation, feel free to complain using the help of the Resolver website and reference their breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015
