My mate who managed to use one of the codes messaged me to say that he's been refunded too. No explanation (though we know why), just a refund... Sad times, but you gotta try I guess. (cheeky)

Yeah, probably "my bad", I was fussing over whether to expire/unexpire, testing various codes generated, wondering why it was working and then not working, etc., etc.

I already tried, it does not work. It doesn't work on t-shirts, it doesn't on blu rays, it doesn't work on games, it doesn't work.

The codes even when they work tend to exclude like 90% of the stuff they sell. Try it on clothing, don't add anything else to your basket

I used the link provided, tried 3 different full price BDs and got: The discount code you entered is invalid or not applicable to the contents of your basket. Definitely won't work with all accounts.

I think it's a 'buy 2 save 10%' code.

I was after zelda - so £50... doubt it's a minimum spend issue.

Glad it's not just me, been trying to cancel my order too but on 3 occasions I can't even though it's still not been dispatched. Disgraceful company, will never use again.

Keep away from Zavvi, terrible customer service and terrible deliver time. You'll not get your order in time for Xmas.
