    Not specific to this deal, but having been a member of Topcashback for over 5 years now, I feel that cashback tracking has become more and more unreliable. I am sure it will be fine for this, but I must have had at least 5 or 6 customer service tickets over the past 2 weeks, none of which have been resolved to my benefit.

    I stopped using Quidco because their performance deteriorated - TCB is far worse now and the customer service is simply worthless. All they tell you is to delete cookies and clear cache. Useless I'm afraid.

    Allow me to divulge a few suggestions that may shed some light upon your ongoing cashback woes.

    Cookies and cache are not the only factors that may inhibit the tracking of the user's purchase.

    (1) Many browsers have the facility for adding additional functionality through extensions. Depending upon the extensions added to the browser, they may interfere with the tracking process. Therefore it is recommended to disable the internet browser's extensions whilst pursuing a purchase via a cashback site.

    (2) Many browsers have inbuilt ad-blocking features that will interfere with the cashback tracking process. One is therefore advised to temporarily disable the ad-blocking native feature within the browser.

    (3) Do NOT connect via a VPN whilst undertaking a cashback-intended transaction. The VPN server may be configured to interfere with the tracking process.

    (4) Do NOT use a specialised DNS service provider (e.g. Norton DNS with family filter / safe filter), as it will most likely interfere with the tracking of the cashback-enabled transaction. (A DNS service provider bridges a domain name, e.g. Google.co.uk or HotUKDeals.com to it's internet-understood IP address.) Change the DNS service provider to Google's 8.8.8.8

    (5) Disable any antivirus and/or host intrusion apps/software on the affected device, which have the potential to interfere with the cashback tracking process.

    I hope this should alleviate your frustrating issues.

    Not eligible either. Noticing that there are many transactions that are not tracking successfully on TCB where they always used to as a general rule. The one's that track unsuccessfully in particularl are Aliexpress and eBuyer purchases. Always think down the lines of cashback is a bonus and not guaranteed however. (edited)

    A great ethos to have, it's free cash after all. I have found eBay probably the worst for tracking. But in fairness they have always paid out when I've raised a claim.

    Something is wrong with this for sure.

    Hopefully TCB Rep will spot this and explain here what's going on, or at least the eligibility criteria.

    It's also unusual in that it runs for 5 days instead of the usual 24 hours for this type of bonuses
