    Probably lovely and great price for them, not much protein though but good for pre workout or snacking maybe, I'm no expert (edited)

    As pre or post workout bar this wouldn't be too bad for the avg Joe, those watching their macros more closely would likely pass on these as there's a bit of everything but not enough of anything for the more serious.

    I paid £17.82 for these from Pulsin in Feb and was happy with that. They are really nice, but small.
