I found them in ASDA watford oldhams!
Wasn't that price in Beckton today as I was looking at it (unless they hadn't updated shelf ticket). But heat for the find might help if you say which asda you found it in.

"For Goodness Shakes" can be found for £1 in B&M which have the following stats:

330ml
143.9 Calories
2.1g Fat (1.3g Sats)
10.0g Carbs (8.2g Sugar)
20.0g Protein
2.5g Fibre

(Often found for £1 on rotation between supermarkets too).

I'd argue that those are better than a Carb Killa shake based on stats. As I said, with Carb Killa's you're paying for the Grenade brand.

The people who will buy these things normally eat the entire pack in one go, so a waste of time. Best way to lose weight is to close your mouth as the food approaches it.
Gorgeous but small, outrageous price at anything over a £1 tho.

I just find it astonishing how there has been a 30000 percent increase in people who are allergic to gluten/wheat etc in the UK in the past 5 years.

Surely a worrying statistic?

You'd almost think it was just a person trying to make themselves sound interesting or something.

If you want to make these vegan you can generally replace eggwhites with the water drained from a tin of chick peas that's whipped up a bit. When you whip this, it aerates and thickens in the same way as eggwhites. Can be a handy way of making a vegan, gluten free sponge where you can't easily use raising agents.

My mum makes an insanely nice gluten free vegan Lemon drizzle cake (the slightly denser sponge helps trap the drizzle more and makes it incredibly rich)
Celiac disease here so you are a superstar, thank you! Have a look for the gluten free panettone that Sainsbury are stocking if you get the chance.

The Salted Caramel one is my favourite!
It's a good deal, but has been lower - around £1. These are a bit 'fake food' but I've been having one every day as a snack and they are quite nice. They are really just small pieces of cake!
Asda were selling them for £1 a few months ago, still a good deal.
