I bought this the other day and have spent a few 10 hours shifts on it when wfh. For context i am 6'3' and 18 stone (diet not going so well). I would have got the XL which is designed for someone larger, but there's none even close to this price.

Tbh, i was surprised at how much i like it. Lots of customisation and definitely the best priced chair in this price range (I wasnt incredibly fond of ikeas offerings when tried in store). The lumbar support in this chair is a great feature and is probably its best selling point.

However buyer beware i have a couple of gripes for the taller or larger user (bear in mind the chair is only recommended for up to 6'2' height):

-Arm rests don't go high enough.
-Seat edges push into my thighs.

Aside from that I would recommend!

Thanks for this. I was tempted but have been burnt before getting a chair that was too small (6'3) previously. Any recommendations for a chair for the larger/taller chap?

Very uncomfortable if you are even slightly overweight.

It's basically a top end Chinese tat type chair.

Swapped mine for an IKEA Markus, my bum, legs and back went from discomfort to not thinking about chairs anymore.

Yeah it looks a bit cool, but then so do lots of things that will ruin your life.

I'm not even overweight and I find it incredibly uncomfortable. When using the lumbar thing I feel like I have barely any seat to sit on. The base is super uncomfy. The sides of the chair are incredibly rigid. The head pillow was too high as I'm only 5 foot 8 so I had to cut the straps to be able to reach it and the chair always feels like its too far back even when all the way upright. Just all around an expensive waste of money. Don't buy it. (edited)

I don't recommend this chair. I have had it for a couple of years and it's one of my biggest regrettable purchases. It's really really uncomfortable. Don't fall for the hype from people who were given free ones or were sponsored like I did.

    Why keep it for years?

Pleather on any office/gaming chair is an instant no. Makes your backside sweat, and long hours WILL lead to moisture lesions.

    Those are always fun.

Surely this happens with real leather too...? Or do you only go material or mesh

Had mine 2 years and I love it, really comfy and well made, no signs of wear yet and I bought it secondhand, really chunky chair though, takes up a lot of space!

    I miss leather.

Cloth is better than leather for most uses.

For example I’d only have leather seats in a convertible car (in fact both the ones I own are leather), because it’s hard wearing and can cope with a bit of rain. But my normal car? Nah fabric is grippier and you don’t slide about.

I also think leather is a bit tacky at home. Notice how properly posh houses have fabric everywhere? But it’s leather for the plebs that work for them, for example driving their carriages. (edited)

I find mine extremely comfortable I'll be honest I've only ever used cheap gaming chairs and this is a huge step up no back pain and even if I have an insane gaming session I feel like I wasn't even sitting afterwards maybe it just made for me lol had it for around a year now and still looks like new too

I've got it for over a year.
Still like it. Nothing went wrong..yet.
Also, beware! it's not made for fatties, because they won't be able to fit their oversized fart machines on narrow seat.

I've got this exact chair bought 2nd hand, had it about 9 months and no gripes whatsoever. I'm 6"3 about 17 stoneish. Find the neck pillow awesome for long gaming periods, comfy lumber support and feels very hard wearing.

Purchased this on a whim. My god its uncomfortable. There's nothing I like about it. For those who have owned it for a long time, please tell me it wears in and loosens up? Tempted to send it back.
