    These work great for pulled pork in an instant pot - trim off the skin, chop into 4-6 pieces, coat with a dry rub, sauté for a bit then cook for an hour with some stock for perfect pulled pork. Use the chopped off skin to make crackling to go with it too.

    However, this is only 10p/kg cheaper than the standard price. But I guess a saving is a saving.
