It's not the same just without the handle, incase anyone thought that. There's a huge difference in sound quality and bass

Bought one through the last deal, TBH I was intending on returning it - it’s staying.

    This thing is bloody good!

Also went for one last deal. SO bassy but you can easily adjust that via EQ. I have different custom EQs for inside and outside etc. excellent solid loud and clear speaker.

Agree about battery life. Bought this back in Jan and listen to it for at least an hour every other day. I’ve not charged it since Jan. I’m genuinely not sure how it’s lasting so long.

Thanks OP jumped on this as an upgrade from the Soundcore 2. My main system is a Technics Sl1210 turntable, Arcam amp feeding mission 753 speakers. I have to say this is a fantastic speaker for the money. I have a small kitchen and when you put the eq app on the bass actually rattles some of the presses! Thanks again and hope everyone is doing OK out there!
