Typical laziness of Costco staff, can't ge bothered even putting the £ sign on the labels and set it out the same way as USA stores do

What difference does it make? I've never been confused with the currency of the price advertised at Costco. it's in the UK, not exactly going to be in EUR or USD is it

I have a Charge 4, a Charge 5 (which do not connect), plus a Tuner XL. Are these any better?

Connected via google home and Bluetooth no issues so far. I have a jbl go 2 and never had any issues

I have a pair of these in my kitchen. Set up as a stereo pair and have Chromecast built in.

Charging on the bases can be iffy - I keep them plugged in directly now.

This is my second pair - one speaker in the first pair stopped charging, so they went back

How would you rate the sound? Bass performance?

To be fair that's £35 a pop for a casting speaker you can have in the garden or whilst having a bath, the sound quality is OK, not great, but it's quite a versatile speaker for the money. If casting isn't something you value over Bluetooth then yeah, probably better options.

Will it work if connected to with a minijack to usbc adaptor?

Doubt it, suspect USB is for power only - don't have one to hand to check
