sorted byPS5 version is a big difference over PS4.
Performance Mode looks fantastic and the combat is a lot more smoother than before
Reworked textures including some community mods mean all the the monsters have been reworked and look a lot better.
Lighting now looks amazing..
If you have the digital purchase or the disk edition on PS4 its a free upgrade but tbh £14 for the PS5 GOTY is a steal.
Edit: it’s quite an enjoyable grind though but I have picked up some quests that suggest level 35 so at this rate it’ll be years till I get there (edited)
It starts off well, the whole Bloody Baron quest line while simultaneously completing side quests, contracts etc.
I think it really becomes a slog once you get to Novigrad. All the quests you pick up are at far higher levels so you're stuck doing the dull "Where is Dandelion?" main questline for what must be at least 5-6 hours of gameplay.
Once you get past that though you should be around Level 16 and can get stuck into some of the side quests again before heading off to Skellige.
Digital version has been about £3 though. Doubt it'll drop that low again, now the 4k remaster version is out
The PS5 version is beautiful and plays well.
Looks spiffing.
