    A bit redundant since 99.9% of cars have Apple carplay or Android Auto. But perhaps some usage cases for 20-30 year old cars

    This works fine. You can use this plugged into an old TV or cough cough....turning a plane headphone socket to Bluetooth.

    Have you had any problems with it? Mine worked fine at first now it's started playing up a bit. Have it plugged into a ugreen twin usb charging adaptor in the car and will work for an hour then it will stop working. Not sure if charging the phone and using the Bluetooth adaptor is drawing be to much for it.

    Just a little side, not for anyone looking at this, amazon auto is very handy if you don't have a fancy car yet. Plenty for sale on eBay.

    I have this as well as the previous Bluetooth only version. Much prefer having the button on the lead as I only really use mine for connecting to my phone to play music; press once for pause (or answer/ hang up call), twice to skip and 3 times to go back works very well, only issue is sometimes gets confused when you turn it off/on quickly (like if you stall... 😬) sometimes my music skips a bit, but unplug and reset and its fine again.

    Also the voice is overly sassy when you disconnect. 10/10

    I am looking for one of these, I also need one with a button, so I can skip songs. I hate the recharageable ones, because you need to rememebr to disconnect every time. Does this one linked have that? (edited)

    Surely this is a target market. Only for cars that are around 15+ years old. Anything newer would pretty much have Bluetooth.

    I was thinking I could plug it into a headphone socket to allow me to use Bluetooth headphones with, say, the TV. But I think it's only a BT receiver, not a transmitter. Not that you can tell that from the name of the adaptor.
