UHS Speed Class 1 ideal for Full HD 1080p recording Capacity: 17310 photos (16 MP / 7 MB) Read speed: up to 95 MB/s Write speed: up to 95 MB/s

There's no way this card will approach a write speed of 95mb/s (unless that's a typo) The best any of my Ultra U1 micro cards can achieve is around 24-25mb/s

Post it to me, I will put it to work

But my dashcam can only take 32GB, even though I also have a 128GB sitting at home doing nothing (lol)

Not at present but they come on here every now and then so, look out for them. They may not be the same speed or make...

Do you have a link for the same make and speed for 128GB for £10?

Is this a fast read/write speed?

Picks jaw up from floor... A TERABYTE MICRO SD CARD? Some of us remember decks of computer cards.. paper tape... 5MByte drives the size of a washing machine.

Writes are very good for this form factor but reads a third lower then advertised..... but saying that many review complaints at how slow the writes are....

Yeah I think my BBC music introducing library all regions all 2021 would fill a terabyte......might look at that player if it populates 2 cards in theory has a maximum of 4tb or 4 years when 2tb which is the limit of XSSD cards

There's only two advantages I can see the hard drive having, that being longetivity and price.

Got a 1tb in my onkyo music player.....means my entire (uncompressed) music library is now portable. Saves having to make a MP3 copy of all my FLAC files. I assume the ONKYO would play fine with two 1gb cards given it has two memeory slots & plays fine with a 1TB & a 400gb..... Hmm....this would future proof me....!!!

A2 signifies very impressive IOPS, this would easily outperform any mechanical HDD for games.

Yeah me too. Got a 400 for less than £30, and missed out on 512 for even less but as for this, it would need to be half this price before I would be tempted. Decent price OK, but not decent enough ! (y)

depends on the use. If you need a faster write speed (like for example 4K video on your phone) then get the Samsung. If you're just going to stick movies on it / photographs then I guess save your money and get this one. I've got both. The Samsung is in my drone, and this one in my tablet but it only contains movies to watch. This card is actually the new name for Toshiba, it's totally fine and a respected brand for memory cards. But technically speaking, the Samsung will have faster write speeds. I'm primarily using this Kioxia card for reading (again, media on a tablet) so I don't really care about the write speed. If you are using it as general phone memory expansion, or perhaps for a high-end dashcam, probably the Samsung. If you just want to watch movies/take some photos , this card will do just fine.

Never heard of xaoxia until today. I assumed it was a spin off from xiaomi until I googled it. Sent from my Xiaomi 9t Seems a good deal but Need a bit of convincing first.

you can literally buy these and sell for 75+ on ebay when they arrive. But because doesnt say "SanDisk" on it. wont go hot I shoot weddings on 2 a7r3's too, often use the burst 10fps and never filled the burst. But i guess other types of shooters like sports may require faster buffer clearing. Although most that go for these cards, is to shoot 4k120 on a7s3/etc

That's true, but it's sod's law that the shot you want is the first one you miss. It's a great price, don't get me wrong.

a 200Mb card wont give you much more shooting before stopping. You get like 30-40 photos in the buffer, after that, 10FPS is about 1Gb/s on a a7r3. doesnt matter what card you have, after 50+ shots, they will all slow down to about 1 photo a second. Also worth noting that even though certain cards write at 100Mb/s, 150Mb/s and so on, sony cameras cant write to them at those speeds. for example a extreme pro, capable of 293Mb/s, only writes at a maximum of 141MB/s in camera. a V60 Tough, capable of 282, maxes at 129 in camera

It's not video that's the problem. It's photos. When they're 42mp and 80mb each, you really need fast write when you're snapping sway at fireworks or sports and the like. I swapped it for an R3 which has a much bigger buffer and UHS-II. Turned a very capable but frustrating camera into one that's a joy to use.

For video I don't know many cameras that write faster than this? A7r2 maxes as 100Mbps,thats 12.5Mb/s I recorded plenty of 100mbps on the slower v30 integral cards before without issues.
